If you want to visit the Acropolis rock,you can follow this root: It would be useful to use the metro until Acropolis station. Then you will have the chance to cross the pedestrian’s road of Dionisiou Areopagitou. During the walk and until you approach the hill, you will admire some interesting sightseeings. At first on your left the Acropolis museum, a modern building where are exposed, in a high quality artificial way , important pieces of our ancient history. We are very proud of it because it is our jewel and we expect that one day, when we will take back the Parthenon marbles, they will return to their natural position. As you continue your walk on your right there is a little ancient theatre, “ Dionisou theatre” and on your left there are some buildings sample of the greek new-classic architecture. An ancient theatre that you must definitely visit is “ Herodio”. You will find it on your right among a beautiful little forest. You continue your interesting walk turning right following the final meters until the holly rock.
